Overview

Giulio Cinti does not make art alone. He sculpted the monumental fountain for the Italian Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025 and the facade of a Roman basilica, and his central conviction is that form is most truthful when more than one pair of hands has touched it. This day begins at Piazza Navona and moves to the Wisdomless Club, which Giulio transforms into a private atelier for you alone. A single block of clay sits at the centre of the room. Over the course of the experience, each guest shapes a part of it. What emerges is not your individual work or his. It is something that could only exist because you were all in that room, on that day, together.

The Experience

It begins with a walk. Piazza Navona at this hour is already charged: Borromini's Sant'Agnese in Agone, Bernini's fountain, the stones that have absorbed four centuries of human presence. Giulio meets you here not to lecture but to recalibrate your attention. He asks you to look at the space differently, to see weight and tension and collapse rathe...

Participation Requirement: This experience is conceived as a shared artistic dialogue and is therefore offered exclusively to two guests. Should fewer than two confirmed participants be registered, the experience will be cancelled and any payments fully refunded.

Why Guests Love It

I thought it would just be beautiful. It was, but it was also surprising. At some point there was only silence and the clay. I left with a sculpture that is a unique, priceless memory of Rome. Rashun A., Atlanta

Meet the Expert

Giulio Cinti
Giulio Cinti is a sculptor and architect based in Rome whose practice is rooted in the essentiality of gesture and the primordial power of form. He created the sculptural facade of the Church of San Pio X in Balduina and Canopo, the monumental fountain for the Italian Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025. His work has been presented in national and international contexts, emerging from processes that are almost ritual in their intensity, processes that value the truth of the first mark over aesthetic refinement. Cinti's central conviction is that sculpture is not the object but the encounter: the moment a viewer stops being a viewer and becomes a co-author. What he brings to this day is not instruction but a proposition: that your hands, in this room, on this day, have something to say that no single artist could say alone.
