Twenty-seven hectares in the hills of Paliano, in the heart of the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG, the ancient wine of Lazio. Donna Vittori is the estate that Maria Vittori, certified sommelier and organic winemaker, and her mother Claudia Bettiol have made their life's work. Disney+ chose this land as the setting for a reality episode featuring Jennie Kim of BLACKPINK, who spent 72 hours living Maria's life as a farmer and winemaker: a recognition that placed this quiet Lazio estate on a global stage. This day takes you into that work directly. You will blend Cesanese grapes with herbs you select yourself to begin a liqueur wine that will age at the estate and reach you three months later, bearing your name on the label. You will walk the vineyards, eat from the land, and spend time in the company of one of the estate's most extraordinary natural pleasures: a butterfly immersion that exists nowhere else in Italian agritourism.

Claudia Bettiol and Maria Vittori
Maria Vittori is an agricultural entrepreneur, certified sommelier (WSET Level 3, FIS Bibenda), and the winemaker behind Donna Vittori Estate, a 27-hectare organic farm in the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG in the Ciociaria hills of Lazio. She studied at LUISS Business School in Rome, IBS at Beijing Foreign Studies University, and ESSCA in France: an education that reflects the international ambition she brings to a deeply local land. She grows Cesanese, ancient grains, and olives with a commitment to organic methods and a conviction that the finest wine tells you exactly where it was made. In 2024, Disney+ chose Donna Vittori as the setting for a reality episode featuring Jennie Kim of BLACKPINK, who spent 72 hours living Maria's life as a winemaker and farmer.
Claudia Bettiol is the co-founder of Donna Vittori and the cultural intelligence behind the estate's broader vision. A project manager and cultural communicator by training, she leads discoverplaces.travel and serves on the boards of both the DMO Alta Ciociaria and the Horse Museum Foundation. She instituted the Town Ambassador Prize, an award that honours individuals who carry and preserve the cultural identity of Italy's small towns to an international audience: a recognition that has brought global attention to communities at risk of being forgotten. Claudia and Maria are the soul of the project.
