Your host, the Founder of I&P Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), a world renown molecular physicist, welcomes you to his private estate and mill in the Tuscan hills of ancient Tuscia, where volcanic soil nourishes centuries-old olive groves and a deeply rooted food culture.
The evening unfolds through Champagne and EVOO tastings guided by world-renowned Maestros, gourmet show-cooking, and contemplative walks among the olive trees. As twilight softens the landscape, a candlelit five-course convivium becomes a meeting of minds, where a philosopher joins the table to reflect on pleasure, harmony, and the meaning of a life well lived.
